| General Description: The council supports and promotes visual, performing, and literary arts in the Carmel/Clay area. It offers the World's Smallest Children's Art Gallery according to Guinness Records. Artwork is exhibited from a different school each month during the school year. The gallery is open Sundays from 2 to 4 p.m. or by appointment. Admission is free.
