ElderSource of Greater Indianapolis   City: Indianapolis   General Description: ElderSource is a network of coordinated services provided to older adults in the greater Indianapolis area. With its partner agencies, ElderSource offers a range of services to support and assist older adults and their families as they adapt to the aging process. In June, the Albert and Sara Reuben ElderSource program celebrated a year of providing services through Indianapolis’ only Naturally Occurring Retirement Community (NORC). And since July 3, all elderly and resettlement services are being handled by ElderSource.

Forest Manor Multi-Service Center   City: Indianapolis   General Description: The Senior Wellness Program offers (aged 55 and older), a variety of assistance to prevent loneliness and social isolation, provide mental stimulation, enhance self-concept, offer a creative and social outlet, and offer nutritious lunch and snacks for those in need. Activities include: arts & crafts; leisure activities such as cards and board games; exercise; social outings (e.g., malls, theater, plays); educational learning on topics such as financial management, Social Security, health, and safe sex; computer basics; health/nutritional advice; and other recreation and cultural pursuits.
 
Fountain Square Salvation Army Community Center   City: Indianapolis   General Description: The Salvation Army Fountain Square Corps continually envisions a corps that has a genuine concern for others. We place high priorities on worship, prayer, Bible study and programming for all ages that encourage us to grow in Christ-likeness. Hawthorne Community Center   City: Indianapolis   General Description: Hawthorne Community Center has proudly served the Near Westside for over 70 years. In 1923, 50 neighborhood residents formed the West Park Social Service Association and pursued the new construction of a Community Center on railroad property that was targeted to become a coal dump.

Hendricks County Senior Services   City: Danville   General Description: Volunteers needed. They are a vital part of the team providing a wide range of services. HCSS provides two transportation systems, a lunch program, workshops, computer classes, travel and many other activities along with a fitness center.
 
Heritage Place of Indianapolis, Inc.   City: Indianapolis   General Description: Heritage Place provides offers 6 programs for older adults. 1) CAREGIVER SUPPORT SERVICES - We offer private consultations, consumer materials, referrals and general information for caregivers of older adults. 2) CARE MANAGEMENT - Trained staff assess the needs of older adults and provide case management and referrals. 3) FRIENDLY VISITING - Trained volunteers and staff visit homebound elderly to support their well-being. 4) HOME & YARD WORK - We provide light house cleaning and seasonal yard work services. 5) SENIOR CENTER - Open Monday through Friday, we offer a wide variety of interesting classes, educational programs, health services and social events. 6) TRANSPORTATION - Through volunteers and staff, we offer limited transportation to medical appointments, one-day trips, grocery shopping and Senior Center classes.

Indiana Transportation Museum   City: Noblesville   General Description: The Indiana Transportation Museum is a volunteer run, non-profit organization whose mission is to preserve Indiana's railroad history, educate the public in the history of the railroad, and provide our visitors with an opportunity to experience railroad travel as it used to be. We operate on 38 miles of track once known as the Indianapolis & Peru, and more recently, as the Nickel Plate Road.

Indianapolis Maennerchor   City: Indianapolis   General Description: Founded in 1854, the Indianapolis Maennerchor is an open membership men's choir, building on its history as one of the oldest continuously performing choral groups in the United States. Maennerchor invites men from all walks of life to blend their voices in the creation of glorious sound.
 
Indianapolis Motor Speedway Hall of Fame Museum   City: Indianapolis   General Description: Located in Speedway, the track is host to many racing events including the 500 mile race, NASCAR and Formula I. The Indianapolis Motor Speedway Hall of Fame Museum is recognized as one of the most highly visible museums in the world devoted to automobiles and auto racing. In 1987, the museum and Speedway grounds were honored with the designation of National Historic Landmark. Approximately 75 vehicles are on display at all times, and among the featured attractions are: •The Marmon "Wasp," which won the inaugural Indianapolis 500 in 1911 with Ray Harroun at the wheel. •More than 30 Indianapolis 500-winning cars. •The four cars driven to victory by A.J. Foyt, including his 1977 machine that represents his record-setting fourth Indianapolis 500 win.

Indianapolis Zoo   City: Indianapolis   General Description: The Indianapolis Zoo is located in White River State Park downtown and is the only attraction accredited by the American Zoo and Aquarium Association (AZA) and the American Association of Museums as a zoo, an aquarium and a botanic garden.
 
Jewish Community Center   City: Indianapolis   General Description: The JCC shall be guided by the principles of Judaism and democracy and shall promote an understanding of, and commitment to, Jewish thought, beliefs and values. John H. Boner Community Center   City: Indianapolis   General Description: The Senior Center operates five days a week, serving hot lunch and providing a place for friends to work together as they assemble jigsaw puzzles, challenge each other to a game of cards or compete for the title of Bingo Champion.
 
Martin Luther King Multi-Service Center   City: Indianapolis   General Description: From hot lunches to social and recreational activities to support meetings, our programs for senior citizens and adults provide comprehensive services to meet a variety of needs. And as more grandparents are raising their children’s children than ever before, our supportive activites for these sole guardians and their grandchildren are tapping into unique challenges.

Methodist Health Foundation   City: Indianapolis   General Description: The mission of Methodist Health Foundation, which was formed in 1982, is to support the endeavors of Methodist Hospital. The Foundation supports hundreds of hospital and community-based health care programs, funds nursing endowments and medical ethics programs. Methodist Hospital Task Core in association with Methodist Health Foundation raises funds that are directed to continued advancements in health care. Funding supports Methodist Hospital in providing technologically-advanced equipment, educational programs for health care employees, community based health services and programs that enhance a patient’s total care—mind, body and spirit.
