In 1952, we began providing quality senior living and healthcare services. Today, we sponsor a variety of continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) and HUD-subsidized apartment complexes for seniors in Indiana.

General Description: ElderSource is a network of coordinated services provided to older adults in the greater Indianapolis area. With its partner agencies, ElderSource offers a range of services to support and assist older adults and their families as they adapt to the aging process.
In June, the Albert and Sara Reuben ElderSource program celebrated a year of providing services through Indianapolisâ only Naturally Occurring Retirement Community (NORC). And since July 3, all elderly and resettlement services are being handled by ElderSource. |

Safe place to remain active and enjoy the fellowship of others

General Description: Hawthorne Community Center has proudly served the Near Westside for over 70 years. In 1923, 50 neighborhood residents formed the West Park Social Service Association and pursued the new construction of a Community Center on railroad property that was targeted to become a coal dump. |

General Description: The Mid-North Shepherd's Center, a proud affiliate of Shepherd's Centers of America, was started in 1982, and is a viable entity in the Indianapolis Community. Older adults from across the city and outlying suburbs attend Adventures in Learning, a mini-university held each Wednesday. Day-trips, language classes, rehearsals for our performing choral group and handbell choir round out the weekly schedule. |
