General Description: Located in the Thomas Weaver Memorial Complex on Municipal Drive just north of 116th St. The HEPL Literacy Program is the only resource in Hamilton County to provide one-on-one tutoring for individuals seeking to enhance their life choices and opportunities. We also provide classes in English Literacy (also known as English as a Second Language). GED classes are also available through cooperation with the Noblesville Public School System.
