N.O.A.H. recognizes that therapeutic foster parents who are properly trained and fully supported can more effectively and cost-efficiently meet the childâs needs.
Foster care is designed to provide therapeutic opportunities that aid in the decrease of emotional problems, teach positive behavior and improve social skills. The purpose of Neighbors Organized to Assist Humanity, Inc., (N.O.A.H.) is to provide children with a loving, supportive home environment, to assist both birth and foster families in creating an environment that will safely and successfully meet the needs of both children and families.
