| General Description: Partners In Housing Development Corporation creates and manages rental units specifically for low-income and special needs populations in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The housing we make available becomes a home for our residents, and we network with social service providers to give them the tools with which to improve their lives and leave homelessness behind forever.
The unique housing model we follow is called permanent supportive housing. By readapting or reusing old, run-down buildings, we can both remove abandoned blights from a depressed neighborhood, and we can offer apartments to those who canât afford market rates.
